I have over 40 years experience in academic research leadership, developing academic research programs, infrastructure development, clinical research partnerships, as well as early stage biotech company development.
What We Do
I can provide active assistance with research strategic planning; developiing and protecting IP; biotech business development; new construction considerations for research; hiring qualified staff; accessing capital investments; developing a market strategy and identifying customers.
Our Clients
We are currently advising and assisting early stage biotech companies and established clinical-research companies.
These companies are active in the clinical services area, medical diagnostics, digital pathology, natural product development and clinical trials.
I also have direct experience in biotech business development and guiding biotech companies to a successful exit.
